What do homes & condos cost on Maui?

You may as well get over the sticker shock right now! Hawaii real estate can be some of the most expensive in the country, but there are more affordable properties too. At one time, upcountry was the home of the “paniolo” or Maui’s version of the cowboy. Farmland and wide open spaces still rule, and it’s not uncommon to see riders on horseback taking a stroll even in “downtown Makawao”. Upcountry Maui has warm days and cool nights, and is the only place on Maui you’ll find fireplaces in many homes. Eucalyptus forests, proteas, and bright green pastures with stunning views of the coastline are unique to the slopes of Haleakala that we call upcountry. Residential communities range from rural farm life to exclusive private estates on large acreages.Approximate Price Range
